Street Warriors (1977) -- This could be any city. It might even be yours. In it you'll find mansions, beautiful landmarks and overwhelming problems. The most urgent problem is juvenile delinquency. Gangs of minors, mere children between the ages of 16 to as young as 12 are engaged in a cycle of crime which untill recently was the province of hardened adult criminals. Thousands of cars are being stolen and smashed. Stores are held at gun point. Firearms are stolen. Parking lots, gas stations and even banks are being robbed. The violence is escalating and its taking its toll. Hundreds of Teenagers are killed while involved in these crimes as well as their victims, The store owners, innocent bystanders and the agents of the law enforcement who are killed in the line of duty. The problem exists and confronts us daily. We can not turn our backs on it. This is not the problem of one neighborhood, but a problem we must each face daily. Street Warriors - A dramatic, realistic portayal of teenage street terrorism and gang violence.
