Sandokan (1976) -- This colossal four-hour production is often considered by far the best rendition of the Sandokan story. It traces the rise of a Malaysian hero who, embittered by the plundering and invasive Englishmen, decides to take a stand against them and restore the liberty of the Malaysian people. Aided by his best friend Yanez, a Portuguese renegade, Sandokan wages a bloody and nonstop war against the forces of Lord Brooks, his main enemy.

Sandokan DVD is offered as a compact edition. This transfer is manufactured on demand and is presented on premium DVD-R with thermal disc print in a clear plastic wallet.
